CHANGING PAIN FROM PERSONAL EXPERIENCE

The CEO & founder of this company's name is Naomi Van Halteren. At age 11 she was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes. At age 24 she was diagnosed with Relapsing-Remitting Multiple Sclerosis. To date, Naomi has given herself over 35,000 needles and goes for hospital IV infusions every six months.

Naomi is a registered nurse who has worked for over five years in labour & delivery, high-risk obstetrics, and as a flu/ immunization nurse. Watching patients stress and fear needles is hard on the patient, family, friends, AND healthcare workers! Continuously seeing patient's struggle to cope and be debilitated by their fears sparked an idea for CHANGE .
